Suffolk County Legislator Michael J. Caracciolo presents Slim Cook print at benefit auction for The Long Island ScienCenter
A Champagne brunch and benefit auction for The Long Island ScienCenter in Riverhead was recently held at the Tallgrass Golf Club. The most sought after item in the auction was a limited edition print donated by artist Slim Cook entitled "Freedom" based on his design for a 9/11-memorial sculpture to be built on Long Island. Mr. Cook and Suffolk County Legislator Michael J. Caracciolo presented the print to Dean Delle Donne, D.D.S. the lucky winner of the bidding.
